Common Privacy Questions
What happens to voice recordings?
Voice conversations are processed to create content, then automatically deleted. They are not stored permanently.
Can I see what data you have about my family?
Yes. Go to Account Settings > Privacy to view all stored information about your family.
How do I delete my child's information?
In Account Settings, select the child profile and choose "Delete Profile" to permanently remove all their information.
Do you share information with other companies?
No. We do not sell or share your family's personal information with other companies for marketing purposes.
How is my payment information protected?
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store billing system. Bairn never sees or stores your payment information.
